FAQ's for soft play hire

 

Do you deliver and is there a delivery fee?

Yes, for orders over $150 delivery is free. For any orders under $100 we charge $25 delivery fee. 

Is there a setup fee?

To save the cost we do encourage customers to setup the play area. If you are require the setup arranged with us $50 setup fee will apply to your booking. Allow approximately 30 minutes to set up the party and the same time to pack up and remove the equipment depending on venue access. Please take this into account when booking venue times.

What are the age limits for the equipment?

Our equipment is suitable for children 0-5 years old.

How much space do we need to set up the equipment?

This varies on which package you chose, all packages will fit most carport/garage types, gardens/backyards; if you have a smaller space that doesn’t suit a package type we can possibly alter this to your needs.

Do you have insurance?

We are insured for $5,000,000.00 Public Liability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are to be made by direct deposit into our account. The balance is to be paid in full seven calendar days prior to booking.

Is there a discount for large orders?

Yes, all packages over $250 carry a 10% discount. We will automatically offer you this discount on large orders or custom made packages. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What if the play equipment breaks during my hire period?

Our play equipment is high quality and durable, so it would be very unusual for our play equipment to break. In the unlikely event that it does, please don’t try and fix the item, just keep the parts together and let us know. We will then assess the damage and its cause. Please read our terms and conditions of hire as you may be required to pay for repairs or replace the entire item if damaged parts cannot be replaced. Please DO NOT let children play with or near damaged equipment.

Do you have package deals?

Yes, we have put together a few packages to suit particular age groups or themes. However, please contact us and we will gladly put a customised package together for you to suit your particular needs, theme and or budget.

Is there a discount for long term hire?

Yes, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can hire as much or as little as you want.

There is a $100.00 minimum hire amount on bookings where our delivery service is required.

What if you don’t have something we want?

We are a growing business and are constantly sourcing new equipment. Please let us know if there is something in particular you are looking for and time permitting we’ll do our best to get it for you. Any ideas or feedback you may have will be much appreciated.

What is your cancellation/postponement policy?

We kindly request that any cancellations are made with more than 2 weeks notice (by 5pm Friday).  

If you postpone the booking any payments made will be transferred to the new booking. Rescheduling or re-booking a party is subject to availability as we work on a first come first serve basis

Is the play equipment suitable for corporate/community hire?

Our play equipment is suitable for all events! Corporate events, family fun days, conferences, Christmas parties, fetes/carnivals, childcare facilities, mothers groups, playgroups and shops. We offer the perfect solution to kids’ entertainment with a large range of play equipment to suit different tastes and needs. We are also fully insured.

 Is the equipment cleaned?

Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after any event, cleanliness and safety is our top priority.
